• Noga Hosting is a unique center, where country lodging, rural atmosphere, and a variety of spa treatments and water & land workshops intertwine. Here at the center you can find 4 holiday cabins, an indoors swimming pool featuring a huge jaccuzi and sauna, a massage room, a media room and a relaxation cabin, a double suite and a workshops cabin.

The Holiday Cabins

Four family holiday cabins (handicap access) comfortably equipped (electric stove top in the kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, dinnerware, and kitchen utensils. Including beddings and towels).

The cabin features a separate master bedroom & TV, a gallery for the kids, a living room & TV, a dining nook and spacious porch complete with a hammock and sitting area.

The two wood cabins are equipped with a shower and jaccuzi bath.

The two stone cabins are equipped with a shower only (with handicap adjustment).

The Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is an indoors swimming pool with water warmed year round to 32 – 34 degrees Celsius.

The swimming pool is a therapeutic swimming pool where hydrotherapy and Jahara treatments are provided by Noga Ben Anat and a professional team of therapists.

The swimming pool and its facilities are at our guests’ disposal by advance reservation; our guests can reserve in advance private treatments and group water workshops.

The Garden

Out beautiful spacious garden features a central pergola where you can find barbeque and poyke (cast iron cooking pot) facilities, a sink and a comfortable sitting area; in addition there is a large lawn and a variety of kids and social games.

In addition you can reserve the use of a gas operated outdoors stove (taboon) to bake pizza.

Relaxation Cabin

A huge cabin which serves as both a luxurious suite featuring an oil fireplace and as a workshops and seminars cabin.

This cabin is also handicap accessible.

The Eagles Room – The Media Room

This multipurpose room serves as a separate massage room which provides the guests with peace and privacy for the duration of the treatment. In addition the room is used as a communications and information room – with a computer connected to the internet and containing information about trips, attractions, and activities in the area, including a printer for our guests.

Treatments

A seasoned team of therapists, experienced in both water and massage room therapies is available at the center. Our guests can reserve a tailor made vacation to fit their needs. On our website you can get details about each treatment.

We adhere to the following rules, which were set so we could provide all our guests with a pleasant stay:

Cabin check-in: 15:00

Check-out: Sunday – Thursday until 11:00, Saturdays (to be agreed in advance) up to 16:00

Payment means: cash, checks or credit cards (up to 3 interest free installments)

• A baby is anyone under 3 years of age; payment must be made for anyone older than three.
• An adult is anyone over 18 years of age.
• On weekends and holidays the minimum reservation is 2 nights unless stated otherwise.

NO PETS ALLOWED!

No smoking in the cabins!

• There are designated barbeque corners at your disposal – barbequing is only allowed there.
• There is no lifeguard at the swimming pool; therefore, no person under the age of 18 may enter the pool unaccompanied by an adult.

The swimming pool is a therapeutic swimming pool; therefore guests may use it only during the following opening times:

Sunday – Wednesday 13:00 – 15:00 20:30 – 22:30

Thursdays 13:00 – 15:00 18:30 – 22:30

Fridays 11:00 – 22:30

Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00

Holidays and school vacations – as on Saturdays (ensure in advance).

We reserve the right to change guest swimming pool availability according to our therapy schedule.

Towels are available at the swimming pool – we recommend leaving the cabin towels in the cabin.

We observe quiet times so that all our guests and neighbors may enjoy their rest; between 13: – 17:00 and after 22:00 do not play music or make noise outside the cabins.

Our resort is surrounded by neighbors and agricultural fields. All the property therein or thereabouts, yards and lawns, including fruit trees, are private property and MAY NOT be used by the guests.

Our Hosting and all its services are for the B&B guests only; no additional guests may be invited without our prior consent. Guests approved may use the swimming pool for an additional 50 NIS per person.

Noga Hosting may discontinue the stay on site for a guest who does not comply with the requirements hereto and/or part thereof, and this without any compensation whatsoever to the guest.

Noga Hosting may change the statute of the site from time to time without giving the user prior notice thereof. Noga B&B will post the new terms on the website and they will come into force on the date of their posting.

Noga B&B is not responsible to safeguard your possessions while you stay here; please take care of your property.

Only the following services are included in your stay:

Lodging, using the swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi during the times published.

Online Reservation Registration

1. Purchase means: the purchasing process on the website will be conducted using a credit card.

2. When purchasing the services using the website and making the order as detailed hereunder, the user will be required to enter his personal information in the system (hereinafter: the "Purchase Information"). The website owners and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone on their behalf are not responsible for any mistake made by the buyer when entering the Purchase Information, including a mistake for any service order via the website. Noga B&B will not be liable for any case where the Purchase Details are not received by the system and/or any technical and/or other problem which prevents the user from purchasing services via the website.

3. Providing false Purchase Details is a criminal offense and legal action will be taken against those who do so, including damages suits due to damages which may be caused to the site, its operators and/or any of its owners and/or managers and/or anyone on their behalf.

4. Noga B&B will avoid as much as possible delivering the user's Personal Information to third parties, unless it is required to do so by judicial order or it is faced with the threat of having legal actions taken against it (criminal or civil) due to actions made by the user on the Noga B&B website. In such a case Noga B&B may deliver the user's information to the party which claims it was injured by the user or according to the instructions of the judicial order.

5. The user declares that he is aware of the fact that upon entering the Purchase Information he will be included in the Noga B&B database and it may use the Purchase Information to improve its services to the user on site as well as to contact the user via regular mail, email, as well as any other means of communication and to adjust the website to his needs and personal preferences. Noga B&B will not forward to any other bodies, other than as said is section 4 above, information which may identify the user in person, without receiving the user's advanced and written permission therefore.

6. A reservation through the website will be ordered using a credit card. Once the credit card details are entered the user will receive an order received message to his email address. This email must be printed and brought to the Noga B&B office to confirm the reservation.

For the avoidance of doubt, reservations can be made only on a stand-by basis and will only be confirmed once a representative of Noga B&B contacts the user and confirms his reservation. Without such confirmation, Noga B&B is not bound by the reservation.

7. Prices on the website are stated in new Israeli shekels and include VAT.

8. Noga B&B may change the reservation acceptance terms and lodging prices at any time, but a reservation already made and confirmed will be accepted at its reservation prices.

9. Transaction cancellation:

The terms bellow are based on the consumer protection laws and these are the terms according to which we will act, should you unfortunately wish to cancel your reservation.

Right to cancel: if for any reason whatsoever, you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so within 14 business days of making the reservation or of the date of the receipt of an open document (the later of the two) and only that the cancellation is made more than 7 business days prior to the date of reservation's realization date.

Cancellation fees: will be charged to the credit card on the date of the cancelled reservation for 50% of the reservation or one night per cabin, according to the lower of the two.

Cancelling the reservation: it is hereby clarified that the only valid cancellation notice is one provided in writing, and an oral cancellation notice will be invalid. The cancellation notice may be forwarded by facsimile, to fax number 153-4-6732430 or by email to info@noga.co.il.

Noga B&B will confirm the receipt of the cancellation notice by returned email. Should the day on which the cancellation notice is received is a holiday in Israel, the cancellation day will be considered on the first following business day.

Cancelling on dates other than as set by law: when cancelling after more than 14 days of making the reservation and/or less than 7 business days before the date or its realization, the following rules will apply:

Less than seven days and up to 24 hours in advance – the buyer will be charged as aforesaid for 50% of the reservation value or one night per cabin, according to the lower of the two.

When cancelling 24 hours and less prior to the realization of the reservation: a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value will apply.

10. Noga B&B may take down the website and change its structure, contents, appearance, scope and availability of the services and contents provided thereby, and any other aspect involved with the website and its operation from time to time, and all without having to notify the user thereof in advance. The user declares that he will have no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Noga B&B in that regard.

1. The user stipulates, confirms and agrees that the information displayed on the website and/or any part thereof is the sole possession of Noga B&B and that Noga B&B reserves all copyrights to the information and/or any part thereof.

2. The user undertakes to use the information for his personal use only. The user undertakes not to copy, photograph, print, duplicate, distribute, sell, broadcast or advertise the information on the website, and/or part thereof without Noga B&B's advanced and written consent, excluding personal and non-commercial use of the information.

Noga B&B bears no responsibility for the information displayed on the linked websites, their validity and legitimacy. Noga B&B is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, to be caused to the user and/or his property as a result of using or relaying on the information and/or contents which appear on the websites the user visits by using the links on the Noga B&B website.

13.
